FOREMAN Wild Boar Earthmovers, Inc. seeks landscape foreman with minimum 5 years installation experience to take jobs from estimate to final walk through. This is a management position so proven management experience is a must.
Candidate will be required to produce estimates from designs, interface with clients, manage crews and crew leaders, coordinate and performing all aspects of landscape installation, and maintain clear, reliable records and job tracking. Candidate must be able to read & interpret landscape plans, identify plants/trees, and lay out & install irrigation systems. Should also have experience with water features, sod, retaining walls, trees & plant materials, as well as extensive heavy equipment operation experience.
Spanish-English bilingual speaker a plus but not required. Competitive pay based upon experience. Proof of valid driver’s license & clean drug screen/background check required. |
CREW LEAD Wild Boar Earthmovers, Inc. seeks one qualified crew lead to run 3-5 man crew. MUST HAVE hands-on knowledge of all aspects of landscape & irrigation installation. Must be able to read & interpret landscape plans & reliably track jobs. Ideal candidate has experience managing crews, laying out & installing irrigation systems, water features, sod, retaining walls, trees & plant materials, as well as equipment operation. Bilingual a plus. Competitive pay based upon experience plus promotions & incentives upon proven performance. Proof of valid driver’s license & clean drug screen/background check required. |
INSTALLER Wild Boar Earthmovers, Inc. seeks landscape installers. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from shop or jobsite. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds & pass drug screen/background check. Landscape installation & irrigation experience preferred, bilingual a plus. Competitive pay based upon experience, plus promotions & incentives upon proven performance. |
PART TIME SALES/ESTIMATOR
Established, high-end residential landscape design/build company seeks experienced sales person/estimator to follow leads, meet with clients & estimate jobs. MUST HAVE basic working knowledge of landscape installation, be able to read & interpret landscape plans & identify common plants & trees. Must have good office/computer/phone skills & be confident and professional with clients. Job is 20 hours per week, part in office, part in field. Competitive pay based upon experience, plus commission on new leads generated. Proof of valid driver’s license & clean drug screen/background check required. |
